Grange Farm is really spacious, well-furnished, comfortable and full of character. The house is a mid 19th Century Yorkshire Stone Farmhouse and offers accommodation for a maximum of 14 persons. The accommodation is excellent for families wanting to holiday together. It is an ideal base to explore the Yorkhsire coast and the North Yorkshire Moors.

Accommodation  
The house has five bedrooms and two sitting rooms.

Ground Floor:  
  • The first sitting room has a gas 'wood-burner effect' fire, this room also has a TV and stereo/radio/cassette/CD and DVD player.
  • The second sitting room has a high vaulted beamed ceiling.
  • The spacious dining room has an open fire.
  • The well equipped pine kitchen is next to the dining room.
  • There also is a conservatory which gives entrance to a south facing fenced garden and patio with garden furniture and barbecue.
  • New: Downstairs toilet.

 First floor:  
  • Two family rooms (double bed and full-size bunk-beds), and two twin rooms.
  • Bathroom/WC.
  • Separate WC.
Second Floor:  
  • Attic conversion (sloping ceiling) into an excellent double bedroom and en-suite bathroom/WC.
All the bedrooms have a TV and a wash basin.

Services  
  • Linen (duvets) is included.
  • Electric, full gas central heating and hot water is also included.
  • Coal or wood is locally available.
  • A cot and high chair are available.
  • Private parking for up to 4 cars is next to the house.
