The Granary is a luxury 3 bedroomed property built from the local honey coloured Cotswold Stone, in the pretty village of Broadwell, close to Stow on the Wold. There are the additional benefits of an ensuite bathroom to the Master bedroom, full central heating and double glazing. The house is fully equipped for up to six guests.

Accommodation
The Granary is a luxury 3 double bedroomed property built from the local honey coloured Cotswold Stone. It sits in a quiet close in the unspoilt village of Broadwell, close to the tourist centre of Stow on the Wold.

The house has the benefit of an open fire, a pretty south-facing garden, full double glazing and central heating.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, there is also a family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. (please note both baths have hand-held shower attachments, not walk in showers).
The house is fully equipped including digital TV/DVD and Stereo System.
The lounge seats 6 and dining room also accommodates 6.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob, microwave, fridge and coffee-maker.
A Barbecue and Patio furniture are provided.
Parking is conveniently opposite the front of the house.
Central heating oil, electricity, bed-linen and towels are all included in our prices.

Location

In this designated Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Broadwell is a tiny village, just off the ancient Fosseway, one and a half miles from Stow-on-the-Wold.
There is a friendly local pub, the Fox, serving real ale and good food. It overlooks the village green and a stream flowing through a pretty ford.
It is easy to discover all the attractions in the Cotswolds, such as Bourton the Water, Broadway, Moreton in Marsh, Chipping Campden, Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford, Burford, Cirencester, Evesham and Cheltenham, which are all within half an hours drive.
