12th January 2012: Jeanette: My husband, 3 kids and myself took some time away from the busy Christmas festivites and spent our New Year here. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have had even if it was only for 4 days. The house has to be seen to be believed. The garden is just magnificient and very well maintained with views of the lake. The name 'My Little Heaven' is so apt because it is just that - heaven. We travelled to the nearby village for our basic groceries and then ventured into Bantry where the kids enjoyed just walking along the streets but looked forward to heading back to the house to just chill and relax. I cannot say enough about the location of this beautiful property and the owner made it so easy for us to book at the last minute. We will definetly return to this spot! Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
4th August 2008: The Bradburys, Toronto, Canada: Had a wonderful week here – lovely place, beautiful view. Got around quiet a bit – Killarney, Cork, Mizen Head. Bantry is a pretty town with a great view. We got to the cliffs at Mizzen Head when it was closed, but somehow managed to get to a ledge looking directly down and across at them – amazing! Still like Sheepshead Peninsula as much as anything – good variety, very photogenic, great walk to the end. Thanks Ciarán for a great place.
28th June 2008: Eleanor & David, Northants, England: Wonderful location, Food and People! We had a lovely time here & were very sad to be leaving. Our thanks to everyone who showed us such warmth & Hospitality during our stay.
