You will receive a warm welcome at Goodstone Farm (especially from our friendly dog) where Nigel and Joanna provide homely and comfortable cottage style self-catering accommodation in the ground floor farmhouse annexe.
Goodstone Farm (no longer a working farm) is set in a small, peaceful hamlet nestled just off the A38.
This quiet secluded location is on the edge of The Dartmoor National Park in the heart of South Devon. The village of Bickington is close to the towns of Ashburton, and Newton Abbot.
The farmhouse, in this tranquil setting, is approached via a no-through road and the only traffic is either local or lost!
Goodstone Farm is ideally situated for cycling, walking, moorland rambling, climbing, canoeing or general sightseeing with easy access to some of the most scenic areas of Devon. These include Widecombe in the Moor, Hay Tor, Princetown, the cathedral cities of Exeter and Plymouth as well as the beautiful coast of the South Hams. With easy access to the A38, the Eden Project and other Cornish places of interest are within day visit range.
A selection of excellent local country pubs, restaurants and shops are within easy reach of this holiday cottage.
We aim to make your stay in our non-smoking holiday let as enjoyable as possible.
