 Both properties with beautiful views of sea and mountains are situated in Ballinskelligs, Co. Kerry, 5 miles from the Ring of Kerry route. The area has a long and historic connection with the two Skellig Islands, which lie seven miles from the mainland. To appreciate the full beauty of Ballinskelligs Bay, and its Blue Flag Beach, (to the west of which stands the ruins of McCarthyís Castle), stroll the peaceful sandy shore with its miles of magical colour. Take the high road to Bolus Head and visit the artists at work in the restored famine village of Cill Rialaig. Visit the Cill Rialaig Art and Heritage Centre in Dungegan and view the paintings and other works of art, which are on display from national and international artists. A visit to the Skellig Chocolate Company is a must where you can sample the irresistible brandy and champagne truffles made there.
