 Glenogil Cottage is a 200 year old cottage that was completely remodelled and refurbished in 2007. It provides excellent accommodation in a quiet location to the North of Montrose town centre, a ten minute walk away. It also lies within easy reach of the railway station on the East coast main line between London and Aberdeen. Montrose boasts a three mile long sandy beach and golf course that borders it as well as a tidal basin with a renowned nature reserve.
Accommodation Wide Hallway with access to 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, pine wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, pine wardrobe and dressing table. Bathroom: Bath with shower, wash basin and toilet and small airing cupboard. Lounge furnished with a suite of a sofa bed and two armchairs. Open fire in a tiled fireplace. Colour television and nest of tables. Kitchen: large fridge freezer, electric cooker, washer/dryer, microwave. Attractive tiled circular table which extends to seat six. Outside - Lawned garden with flower beds.
