 Glengarry Highland Lodge stands proud on a hillside 5 miles south of Loch Ness commanding sweeping views in every direction across Loch Oich in the heart of 'The Great Glen' - that 65-mile long rift-valley that cuts across Scotland from Inverness in the north-east to Fort William on the west.
The Lodge is a wonderful venue for a large family party who want to share an extremely comfortable, very spacious 19th Century traditional Shooting Lodge which has been extensively modernised after a disastrous fire in 1982.
Accommodation: A very large modern-fitted kitchen with breakfast-area. Five very large bedrooms. Four bathrooms. Dining-room. The original drawing-room. Spacious hall and landing. Outside: A large front lawn (with garden furniture) facing the river, loch and hills complements the stone front of the Lodge while to the rear the Estate lands stretch for four miles along the south side of Loch Oich and are open to visitors. Facilities: The Lodge has a Payphone. Oil CH, electricity, bedlinen and towels are INCLUDED in the rent. A cook, and domestic help, are available at extra charge.
