Arran is famous for its beautiful scenery, its beaches and its golf courses. It is often called 'Scotland in miniature'.

Accommodation:

Glengarrion is a modern bungalow with three large bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin), a dining room and a lounge.
It is well furnished throughout with modern furniture.
There is a big kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Newly fitted kitchen for the 2008 season.
The master bedroom has en suite facilities (including a shower) and has the same spectacular view to the front across the Shiskine Valley as the lounge.
The large family bathroom has a bath, bidet and a second shower.
There is a connecting door from the bathroom to the second bedroom.
Hot water and heating are included in the price.
We also include bed linen (but not towels).
We have a no smoking policy.
Glengarrion is ideal for family holidays.

Outside:

The enclosed back garden is suitable for children and has a patio area.
From the back garden there is a stunning view over the neighbouring field to the hills behind.
It is a short walk to the children's swing park.

Location:

The local shops are in Blackwaterfoot - Grocer/Post Office, Butcher, General Store, Petrol Station, Best Western Hotel with swimming pool and other facilities, which are open to the public.
Blackwaterfoot also has one of the Island's best beaches, a famous 12 hole golf course, riding stables and all weather tennis courts.
The local visitor centre has craft shops; quad bikes and a children's play area.
