A traditional Victorian shooting lodge, which accommodates up to 18 people (an additional 5 may be accommodated in the cottage). This grand Highland house is set in 11,800 acres of deer forest with two lochs and rivers, a variety of wildlife, including golden eagles and access to the stunning remote valley of Glenuig. Let on self-catering basis, but can recommend reasonable cook agency.

• 6 bathrooms/shower rooms, one ensuite plus 3 separate WCs, one ensuite.

The location is ideal for walking, gentle or advanced, covering four Munros, wildlife watching, fishing for salmon or trout and deer stalking. The Estate also makes an ideal base for exploring the Highlands; being an hour's drive from Inverness and the airport in the east and under 40 minutes from the West coast and the Isle of Skye.

Stalking: In mid-September to mid-October, the estate offers two 5 stag weeks and two 10 stag weeks. A few stags are available to be taken in July and August. Hind stalking from November to February may be taken on a daily or weekly basis.
