• The house is set steeply on the hill so there is not a garden as such.

• Gairloch is in the centre of some specatular scenery.
• The local beach is only half a mile away and is very beautiful.
• The golf course is nine holes, 100 years old and also within half a mile.
• "The Old Inn" is within walking distance and shops for all catering needs are found in the village.
• Beaches such as Gruinard Bay, the Torridon mountains and Loch Maree are all easily reached.
• Fishing is available on the hill Lochs and boat trips go out in the bay to watch the porpoises, seals and occasional whale and basking shark.
