Glebe House Cottages are magnificently set in 5 acres of gardens and woodland surrounded by superb tranquil countryside but only ten minutes drive from the spectacular scenery of the North Devon and Cornwall coastline.
Glebe House itself, formerly the rectory, and its stables and barns all date from the late 18th century and are Listed Buildings. The outbuildings have been beautifully converted into 7 spacious, warm and comfortable cottages with exposed beams and mellow stone walls. Some have four-poster beds and double-sized spa baths, others have en-suite facilities. All sleep 2 to 6 people, but two of the cottages can be let as one complete unit to sleep 12.
Facilities include: Cellar bar and function room, outdoor heated swimming pool, all weather tennis court, Cellar Games Room, Children's outdoor play area (trampoline, swings, slide etc), home cooked food available. Electric woodburning stoves, wall mounted flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD, DAB Radio CD player with iPod connection. Kitchen's are fully equipped with all that you should need including a double oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box and dishwasher. The tariff includes: Central heating, electricity, colour TV, Freeview, DVD, DAB CD radio, free broadband access, all bed linen and luxurious fluffy bath towels.
