  • Fishing - Sea and course angling can be enjoyed off the coast and on the many inland lakes of the region.
  • The Burren National Park - 16 kms. 200sq kms of fascinating limestone rock formations. Home to many interesting flora and fauna.
  • Great hiking and walking routes. Call into the Burren Information Centre in Kilfenora to start your tour.
  • Cliffs of Moher - 8 kms. Standing majestically some 700 feet high, these are well worth a visit. Puffins, Fulmers and other sea birds in abundance.
  • Surfing - The North Clare coast plays host to some of the best beach and reef break waves in Ireland. Local surf-shops in Lahinch offer gear hire as well as lessons.
