 This is the place for a really peaceful and relaxing holiday! We live on the outskirts of a small village in the Snowdonia National Park, at the seaward end of the beautiful Dysynni Valley, with spectacular views of Cader Idris and Bird Rock. We have no passing traffic, being at the end of a quiet lane. We run the property as an organic small holding and there is fresh meat and veg available to pre order or purchase as required. - Close by you will find a ruined castle, woods, waterfalls, sandy beaches, rock pools, sea and river fishing, and lovely walks, ranging from easy strolls to more challenging expeditions.
- Aberdovey offers an excellent golf course for enthusiasts.
- Tywyn has a cinema, leisure centre with fitness suite, and pool, and the famous Talyllyn Narrow Gauge Railway.
- Lots to see and do!
The Cottages
 Glan Morfa Bach is much bigger than it looks! Adjoining our house, it sleeps 5. - The beamed kitchen has a refectory table with chairs, open to a spacious sitting room with sofa and easy chairs, colour tv/dvd, woodburner (helps heat water) and rugs over parquet floors.
- We have a single bedroom downstairs and a large double with washbasin.
- The twin (or kingsize double) room is reached by a steep pine staircase from the sitting room. (limited headroom, attic room).
The Pad - Sleeps 2. The smaller cottage is a brilliant place for two!  - A stable door leads into the beamed pine kitchen/dining room, with whitewashed stone walls and pretty pine table and chairs.
- Unusual curved staircase, with book shelves on the way up, lead to an attractive bed-sitting room, with a comfortable Scandinavian-style double bed, TV/dvd, easy chairs etc.
- Shower room is downstairs.
Both cottages: - Both cottages are very welcoming and well equipped.
- Bedlinen, and logs for woodburner included.
- Electricity by meter-reading at end of week.
- Shared washing machine and freezer.
- Colour tv/dvd.
- Treehouse.
- No smoking indoors.
