St.Andrews, on the Fife coast, boasts the oldest university in Scotland, is noted as the historic centre of Scottish religion and renowned throughout the golfing world for its links courses, including its famous 'Old Course'. Nearby are extensive sandy beaches and very picturesque fishing villages.
Gerrards Cross is an attractive old house in a quiet residential area on the west side of town, 1 mile from the centre, golf courses and beaches and less than half a mile from the University Sports Complex.
The very attractive rural "Lade Braes Walk" starting 100 yards from the flats also leads into town. Craigtoun Country Park and the Duke's Championship Golf Course are one mile further west.
There is private parking to the rear of the house and a large garden with outdoor furniture, which guests are welcome to use, weather permitting.
