Come and enjoy this inspiring yet peaceful and spacious superior apartment and its surroundings. It is situated at the hub of Edinburgh's No 1 city centre residential and cultural area - UNESCO's World Heritage site - The Edinburgh New Town.

THE CUPOLA APARTMENT forms the top part of a Georgian Town House built in 1745. 
  • Its name is inspired by the magnificent cupola with intricate gilded plasterwork that forms the ceiling of the entrance hall.
  • Magnificent views: Edinburgh Castle and Calton Hill to the front of the building and across the sea to the Ochil Hills in the distance, to the back.
  • Full use of the tranquil Drummond Place Gardens.
  • We don't do 'bland' but offer a mix of antique and contemporary decor throughout the apartment, where period features meet modern pieces. After a busy day out, we want to offer a refuge that is restful, comfortable and life enhancing - and a wonderful place to wake up in.

  • Enjoy the leafy Gardens and the spectacular view of Edinburgh's famous skyline with Edinburgh Castle and Calton Hill to the front of the building and across the sea estuary to the Ochil Hills in the distance, to the back.
  • This area of the city has been home to many of Scotland's famous writers, artists and poets and is still a centre of creativity with an abundance of private art and craft galleries and The Gallery of Modern Art, The Royal Scottish Academy and The National Portrait Gallery are within easy reach.
  • Beautiful wild countryside, hills, and bracing seaside are easily accessible daytrips a few miles outwith the city.
  • Local information and brochures from the city's top attractions and visitor destinations beyond, both on and off the beaten track, will be left for you.
