Newly refurbished country cottage in the village of West Witton, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

The cottage has original beamed ceilings and stripped wood floors.
A new, well-equipped, oak fitted kitchen/diner, bathroom with electric power shower and travertine flooring, comfortable lounge with a 200 year old stone fire surround and multi-fuel stove.
One double bedroom with views over hills, refurbished Victorian cast iron bed, one children's bunkroom.
Double sofabed in lounge.
Cottage garden with barbecue, table and chairs.
Excellent storage facilities for cycles, walking boots, buggies and other large equipment.

Location

The village has a post office/village shop, a country pub and an award-winning seafood restaurant/boutique hotel, and is ideally situated for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
Leyburn, 4 miles away, has a good selection of further amenities and nearby are walks over the fells and to West Burton, Bolton Castle and Aysgarth Falls.
A range of activities available for children including chocolate, teapot and cheese factories, the Forbidden Corner, horse riding, a theme park, flight simulator, aerial runway, Wensleydale Railway, museums and places of historical interest, such as Jervaulx Abbey, Ripon Cathedral and castles at Middleham, Richmond and Castle Bolton.
The Yorkshire Dales also has its own winery, brewery, golf clubs and a range of restaurants and pubs to suit everyone's needs.
