 Attractive Georgian cottage - tastefully modernised and comfortably furnished. Staithes is an historic fishing village in the North York Moors National Park. This cottage has one of the best positions in the village with a front "snug or cabin" looking out through a picture window across the harbour mouth to open sea. - A good safe holiday place for children with a small sandy beach and numerous rock pools.
- Good shops, pubs and a restaurant in the village.
- It is an excellent centre for walking, being on the Cleveland Way and is also within easy access of the North York Moors and Whitby.
Accommodation Large well equipped kitchen. Five cu ft fridge with freezer compartment. Electric cooker, toaster, filter coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Traditonal range, electric fire. Beamed ceiling, quarry tiled floor. Sitting room 1: Pine panelled walls, beamed ceiling, open fireplace, colour TV,Video and DVD. Cliff and sea view. Sitting room 2: Smaller room - "The Cabin" with large picture window overlooking the sea. Small library, books and games. Bedroom 1: King size bed with sea and cliff view. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (adult size) with partial sea view. Bedroom 3: single bed. Bathroom: Bath with electric shower, washbasin, WC, cork tiled floor, dual voltage shaver socket. Cottage is carpeted throughout except kitchen, hall and bathroom. Heating: Cottage is warm and dry. There are 3 electric storage heaters downstairs plus 2 electric convector and 1 electric fire.
