Garden Mill is set within a small valley, in its own private grounds, giving it a quiet and peaceful feel, but within a 5 minute walk, you are in the reach of Kingsbridge's main amenities and Quay. With no car or pedestrian traffic, it makes it ideal for families.

Accommodation
The Cottage dates back to the early 1800's and still retains its original features of Bakers ovens and beams. It has recently been refurbished and includes three bedrooms, two of which are upstairs and the third downstairs.

The main family bedroom has a double bed, with an extra small single bed stored underneath and also has plenty of room for a cot, which is also supplied. It also has a TV and hairdryer.
The second bedroom has bunk-beds and a single bed and again, has plenty of room for a cot and the third bedroom is a smaller room with a double bed.
The family bathroom has WC, washbasin and bath with shower over.
Accommodation downstairs includes a fully-fitted kitchen with dining area, appliances include electric cooker, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. A child's booster seat and highchair are also available.
The Lounge has a woodburning stove, with Bakers ovens either side, TV (with Sky Freeview Channels), video, DVD player with selection of films, Nintendo, games, books and a radio/CD player.
This leads onto the Utility room housing a toilet, sink, cupboard, washing machine, iron and ironing board and leads to the third bedroom.
The mature gardens have plenty of lawned areas and a walk up the garden will lead you to a decked summerhouse, fitted with table and chairs. The garden is bordered with trees, shrubs and a natural flowing stream and includes garden furniture and BBQ.
It also has ample room for parking cars and boats.
