Garden Cottage offers compact and cosy accommodation set on a working sheep and dairy farm between the small villages of Aughton and Gressingham which is situated in the Lune Valley within close proximity to the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the Lancashire Coast.
Ground Floor Kitchen/dining area and oak beamed lounge with cooker, fridge, and microwave. A conservatory overlooking the garden and countryside as far as the Three Peaks, also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and space to hang coats, boots etc. Satellite TV/DVD Player. Wireless Internet Access. First Floor One twin bedded room and one double bedded room. Games room equipped with snooker table and games for children. Bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin and WC. Outside Garden Cottage has its own private driveway with ample parking and large garden with picnic table and chairs. Within a 3 mile radius there are shops and a variety of country pubs serving good food.
Due to safety reasons we are unable to allow guests to roam freely on the farm, but we will be happy to show you round if requested.
