Set in peaceful rolling countryside in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Keeper's Cottage is a Grade II listed Cotswold stone cottage dating back to the 19th Century. The cottage forms part of the National Trust Sherborne Estate and enjoys stunning views across open meadow and woodland from all window aspects. - Keeper's Cottage is in the village of Windrush which is a tranquil village in the heart of the Cotswolds with many of the main Cotswold attractions being within very easy reach.
- The nearest shop is 1 mile distant at Sherborne and the nearest public house is 1/2 mile distant at Little Barrington, situated on the banks of the river Windrush.
- The cottage is located approximately 5 miles West of Burford and is situated approximately 18 miles from Cheltenham and 20 miles from Oxford.
- London is about 80 miles and can be reached in approximately 1.5 hours.
 
Keeper's Cottage is truly a home from home and has high quality furnishings throughout and many original features.  - The cottage sleeps 4 (plus one infant) and comprises a large, comfortable sitting room with wood burner, shaker style kitchen/breakfast room with Belfast sink, and downstairs bedroom with double sleigh bed.
- Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with double iron bed and one with full-size bunk beds.
- The luxurious bathroom incorporates a feature fireplace and roll-top bath.
- The cottage has been decorated to a high standard and all rooms have co-ordinating soft furnishings.
- The cottage has oil fired central heating.
- Outside there is a patio area with wooden furniture and a large well stocked garden mainly laid to lawn.
