Peace and quiet off the beaten track. Fron Uchaf is a 200 yr old semi detached stone cottage situated amidst a working farm, within The Snowdonia National Park. Being 3 miles from Lake Bala it has stunning views towards Arenig and surrounding mountains. We have furnished it as we would our home - in fact it is our other home. It is warm and comfortable with all the modern conveniences you could wish for.

Lounge
Beautifully furnished beamed lounge with inglenook fireplace and woodburning stove. 2 comfortable sofas and an armchair. TV with Freeview channels, DVD and video with a selection of tapes.

Kitchen
Cream 'New England' style kitchen with dining table seating 6. Original beams, underfloor heating and plenty of crockery and glassware. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Garden Room
An additional sitting room with french doors opening onto the garden. Light and bright with pretty furnishings including a 3 seater sofa. Bookcase containing rainyday box and books. CD player.

From the lounge there is a door to the stairs. Both bedrooms are open into the eaves with exposed beams.

Bedroom 1
Large room with open plan ensuite bathroom complete with roll top bath! Kingsize bed which will be made up ready for your arrival.

Bedroom 2
Can be either a 6ft superking, or 3ft twin beds.

Bathroom 2
Situated next to bedroom 2 with an electric shower over the bath.

Outside

There is an enclosed garden to the front with table and chairs.
Parking for 2 cars.
Log and coal store, just help yourself.
There are wonderful walks from the doorstep, ranging from peaceful nature walks to challenging mountain paths.
