*We do not charge extra for electricity and gas in the winter months.

*Bed linens and towels are available for an additional charge of £10 per person which include a bath towel, hand towel, duvet cover and bottom bed sheet.  Flannels are not included.

*We require a £100 non-refundable booking deposit at time of reservation.  Once you arrive the £100 becomes your refundable damage deposit.  The rental fee is due no later then 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
