A comfortable semi-detached home situated on the outskirts of town, is the ideal base for exploring the countryside and local attractions. Pleasantly decorated and furnished, it is well equipped to provide you with a 'home away from home' feel. Conveniently it backs onto Kemps Field, common land used by the local children to play on. The high street and beach are a 10 - 15 minute walk, saving you the hassle of using the 'pay & display' parking areas in the town centre.

Accommodation
The house has gas central heating and offers off road parking for 2 cars, an enclosed back garden and patio for an evening of relaxation.

Downstairs:

Separate WC.
Living room: 2 settees, 1 armchair, TV, video, stereo.
Kitchen: gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, auto washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, large table for family meals.

Upstairs:

Bath/shower and WC.
Bedroom with king size bed, a fold out bed, dresser and wardrobe.
Bedroom with bunk beds, a single pine bed, dresser and wardrobe.
Bedroom with single pine bed and dresser.

Facilities:

The living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2, each have a ceiling fan which is such a blessing for those hot summer days and nights.
Electric, gas and water included.
Guests are asked to bring their own linen, duvet covers and towels. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional charge of £10 per person. Please note that we have a king size bed and four 3ft divan beds when bringing your own linen.
A baby travel cot is now available for use; please let us know when booking if you need to use it (we do supply cot blankets).
The owners continue to use the house throughout the year so there are lots of extras which are not normally found in a holiday home.
You will find ample cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glassware, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron/board, hairdryer, washing machine, clothes line, board games and numerous family/childrens videos.
Everything you need to make this your perfect home away from home holiday.
