 4 The Square, Prinsted, is a charming Grade II Listed thatched cottage, within a conservation area, in the centre of a largely undiscovered hamlet on the shores of Chichester Harbour. The hamlet of Prinsted is very tranquil, unspoilt and includes a number of period and character properties. Visitors are able to walk within a few minutes to the foreshore.
This 18th century cottage has many original features including thatched roof, exposed beams and wattle and daub walls. However, it has the benefit of all modern conveniences including full central heating. The cottage is decorated and furnished throughout to a high standard.
Accommodation
The cottage sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms. - On the ground floor there is a lounge with feature brick fireplace and cottage style furniture, a kitchen-dining room, a shower room with WC and a cloakroom.
- On the first floor there is a main bedroom with a double iron bedstead and a second bedroom with pine twin 2'6" beds.
Equipment includes: Colour TV and DVD player. CD / tape / radio player. Fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and electric cooker. Outside: At the rear of the property there is a part walled sun-trap courtyard garden offering a high degree of privacy.
