Traditional single-storey Deeside cottage, sleeps 5. Located on the banks of the River Dee, just off the beaten track beside an historic ford. This cosy cottage, in a splendid and tranquil setting, is ideal for fishermen and country lovers. In olden times the river was forded here to allow access to one of the oldest villages on Deeside. Kincardine O'Neil can still be seen just across the water.

Accommodation

Ground Floor:

Comfortable sitting room with a wood-burning stove that runs the central heating. Television, Freeview digital, DVD.
Kitchen has integral dining area and is fitted with all the necessary equipment for self-catering including a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a full set of china.
Laundry facilities include washing machine/tumble dryer, iron and board.
Fuel & Electricity, duvets, linen & towels are included in the weekly rent.

Outside:

Large grassed area. Convenient parking. Garden shed. Patio furniture. Rod box.
A cot and high chair are available by request.
