Little Folly is a superbly equipped and furnished 2-bedroom cottage attached to a private house in a remote but sheltered spot on Winsford Hill in a perfect position for a relaxing holiday on Exmoor. - Excellent pubs, restaurants and tea-rooms are a short drive from Little Folly, and Winsford village, 1.5 miles away, has a shop / Post Office with a comprehensive stock of groceries and newspapers.
- Wild Exmoor ponies and the famous Red Deer can often be seen from the windows, and are never more than a few minutes walk away.
- Little Folly is a perfect centre for exploring the rivers, woods and wide open spaces of the Exmoor National Park, or just for sitting and enjoying the peace.
- One or two well behaved dogs are made very welcome.
Accommodation  Kitchen/living room with a picture window onto the superb view, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen has an electric cooker with a fan-assisted oven, a large microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle and a toaster, as well as all the tools, cutlery, crockery and glassware you could need. Easy chairs, and a solid oak dining table with upholstered seating make this a cosy and comfortable room. There is a TV with full digital Freeview service, and a DVD player and VCR, as well as a radio/CD/Cassette player. The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lights, and a hanging cupboard. The second bedroom is rather larger, and has two single beds, a large chest of drawers, bedside cupboards with lights, a cheval mirror, a wardrobe cupboard and an airing cupboard. This room also has a small wash-hand basin. The re-furbished and modernised bathroom has a powerful shower over a full-sized bath. Hot water is constant and plentiful. Electricity, central heating, towels and bed linen are included in the rent. Outside A stile at the bottom of the garden and several gates lead through the owners' fields and out onto the common. To the north and west is the open heather-covered moorland of Winsford Hill. There are numerous footpaths and bridleways to explore during your Exmoor holiday, and horses can be hired nearby. Friday to Friday bookings.
