At the southern end of the High Street, a double fronted cottage near to the river and Yacht Clubs, two minutes from the beach. Within easy walking distance of the many excellent restaurants, Inns and high street shops, Flint Cottage is sensibly fitted out for a stress-free family holiday.  

• Recently redecorated, the house forms an ideal base for sailing enthusiasts, beach style holidays, golf, tennis, bird watching on one of the reserves, music at the Maltings or just to enjoy the locality.
• The large rear garden with open views over the marshes is ideal for children's tents and for barbecues.

• The front door opens into an entrance hall, doors from the hall lead to cloakroom/WC, kitchen and dining room.
• Door from dining room to sitting room.
• Double French doors to conservatory giving access to the good-sized garden and views across the Aldeburgh Marshes.
• Easy stairs lead to two double bedded rooms, both with ample hanging cupboards and views over the garden.
• Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
• The fourth bedroom is an ideal teenager's room that has been created above the garage by a second staircase in the loft (full-size twin beds).
• Spacious bathroom: bath with shower over, washbasin, WC.
• Two cloakrooms with washbasin and WC at ground floor level.
• Sorry no pets unless by special arrangement.
