Beautiful 5,000 acre private Devonshire Estate in Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, cliff paths, secluded cottages, log fires, sandy beaches.
 The Flete Estate is undoubtedly the Jewel in the Crown of the stunning South Hams. The Erme Estuary is designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest, encompassing large broadleaf woodlands, wonderful sandy beaches, little hamlets and a tantalising lacework of private drives and pathways.

Efford House, a detached country house with breathtaking views, Nepean's Cottage, a fairy tale Gamekeeper's Cottage, 3 Coastguards Cottages perched above Coastguards Beach with spectacular ever changing views across the Estuary, The Bosun's Cottage, set in the heart of the Estate, and Flete Mill Cottage, an exquisitely restored old Mill Cottage, the pride of the Flete Estate overlooking water meadows.
Each property is fully furnished and well equipped with dishwashers, tumble dryers, microwaves, colour TV, garden tables, chairs and deck chairs. Linen is provided. All are approved by the English Tourism Council and have been awarded 4 - 5 Stars.
