Fionoora (3) x two bedroom townhouses with sun terrace are located in the centre of Lahinch town within 2 minutes walk of Lahinch beach, Seaworld and the famous Golf courses. They are centrally located to tour the Burren/Cliffs of Moher to the North and Spanish Point, Kilrush and Kilkee to the South.

Accommodation
Fionoora are new modern 2 bedroom holiday homes, ideally located in the town centre, beside shops, pubs and restaurants.  
  • They are two-storey, bright and spacious rooms with timber floors throughout.
  • Kitchen/dining areas are open plan, and open onto the sun-terrace. The fully fitted kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer and all necessary kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • The lounge has TV/DVD.
  • Bed-linen and towels are supplied.
  • Electricity will be metered and charged separately at cost.
  • Car parking spaces (2) are reserved in the townhouse complex.

How to get to Fionoora, Lahinch
Shannon Airport (50 mins drive) - Follow signs Galway (N18) to Ennis - take N85 to Ennistymon and N67 to Lahinch. Dublin Airport (4 hours drive) - Follow signs onto M50 South - then onto N7 (Limerick) - N18 (Galway) to Ennis - N85 to Ennistymon and N67 to Lahinch. Knock Airport (2 hours-20mins drive) - Follow N17 to Claregalway - N18 to Kilcolgan - N67 to Lahinch.

  • Swimming and Surfing: Lahinch Beach is famous with surfers and swimmers alike. Seaworld with its large indoor heated swimming pool and aquarium is perfect on those days with less sunshine. Lahinch surf school provides a safe, relaxed and affordable introduction to the exhilarating sport of surfing.
  • Golfing: The 2 golf courses in Lahinch are wellÝknownÝamong golfers from all over the world. Other courses a short drive away are - Spanish Point, Doonbeg, Ennis, Kilkee & Kilrush....Pitch & Putt is also available in Lahinch.
  • Exploring the Burren: The Burren plateau of North-West Clare is internationally famous because of its beautiful limestone landscapes and the remarkable flora of the region as well as its rich archaeological heritage. Explore the landscape by hiking across the various walking trails in the Burren.
  • Horse Riding: The Burren is an ideal region to explore on horseback. There are many options including lake and beach trails, and also the ancient Burren Highways or "Green Roads". Day-long, three-day and week-long trails are available.

  • Aillwee Cave Guided tours, lasting 30 minutes, allow you to observe beautiful caverns, bridged chasms, underground waterfalls, weird mineral formations and the hibernation chambers of brown bears which have been extinct in Ireland for centuries.   • Burren Exposure - Located in the unique Burren, this new visitors' centre provides visitors with an overview of the area and its unique landscape, its rich human history and its famous flora. Elaborate audio - visual presentation; synchronised large scale slide panoramas with soundscapes in 3 specially created environments.
  • The Burren Smokehouse  - The Burren Smokehouse produce oak-smoked Irish Atlantic Salmon. The ancient tradition is explained in their new visitors centre. Gourmet and Craft Shop as well as an Audio-visual in English, German, French and Italian.
  • Burren Perfumery and Floral Centre  - The Burren Perfumery and Floral Centre is Ireland's oldest perfumery Shop and boasts an outstanding audio visual and photographic exhibition.
  • Liscannor Stone & Rock Shop  - Liscannor Stone is the name given to a variety of 300 million year old flagstones and sandstones that are risen from the lands in the region. The stone bears the fossil tracks of Marine animals thar lived millions of years ago. The Visitors Centre includes: an audio-visual display that highlights the fascinating history of Liscannor stone and the 'Rock Shop' which displays precious and semi-precious stones from Ireland and all over the world. Almost everyone of the Earth's natural treasures is on sale here.
  • Craigaunowen - Craigaunowen is Ireland's original prize-winning centre dedicated to interpreting the Pre-historic and early Christian eras. Exhibits range from Bronze Age homesteads to Celtic Chieftain's residences. The "Brendan", a recreation of the type of leather currachs used by St. Brendan the Navigator in 6th century is located here.
