  • The house is situated on the slopes of Hastings West Hill overlooking the main Town Centre and Railway station.
  • Within a few minutes walk is Hastings Old Town, the West Hill cliff railway which descends to the seafront, and the main town itself.
  • Sissinghurst Castle and gardens, Batemans, Bodiam Castle and many more National Trust properties are all within a few miles drive.
  • If you enjoy mooching around antique shops, the Cinque Port town of Rye, and the local villages of Tenterden and Cranbrook are just down the road.
  • For the sights of London, the station provides direct access to London, with a journey time of 1 hour.
