The kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Separate laundry facilities include automatic washing machine, ceiling suspended drier, iron and ironing board.

Private terraced garden at rear with patio seating.

Location

The house is situated on the slopes of Hastings West Hill overlooking the main Town Centre and Railway station.
Within a few minutes walk is Hastings Old Town, the West Hill cliff railway which descends to the seafront, and the main town itself.
Sissinghurst Castle and gardens, Batemans, Bodiam Castle and many more National Trust properties are all within a few miles drive.
If you enjoy mooching around antique shops, the Cinque Port town of Rye, and the local villages of Tenterden and Cranbrook are just down the road.
For the sights of London, the station provides direct access to London, with a journey time of 1 hour.
