Accommodation and Facilities: Furnished to a high standard, with open fireplaces and polished floorboards. Upstairs there is the lounge with solid fuel stove, and a full length bay window with stunning views out to sea and along the coast to Beachy Head, a double bedroom and spacious bathroom with shower. Downstairs is a twin bedroom, dining room with solid fuel stove, and kitchen. The kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. Separate laundry facilities include automatic washing machine, ceiling suspended drier, iron and ironing board. Full gas Central heating. Private terraced garden at rear with patio seating. Free Parking for two cars. Towels, bed linen, duvets and covers, tea towels all included. Travel Cot available. There is a colour TV with DVD player, and a radio/CD player. Location - The house is situated on the slopes of Hastings West Hill overlooking the main Town Centre and Railway station.
- Within a few minutes walk is Hastings Old Town, the West Hill cliff railway which descends to the seafront, and the main town itself.
- Sissinghurst Castle and gardens, Batemans, Bodiam Castle and many more National Trust properties are all within a few miles drive.
- If you enjoy mooching around antique shops, the Cinque Port town of Rye, and the local villages of Tenterden and Cranbrook are just down the road.
- For the sights of London, the station provides direct access to London, with a journey time of 1 hour.
