Field View is a cosy, centrally heated bungalow situated in the pretty village of Wangford in Suffolk. The property is just a ten-minute drive from the seaside town of Southwold with its beaches, promenade and beach huts.

Wangford has good amenities, a doctor's surgery, a village store and a pub serving excellent meals. The village also offers an ideal location for striking out to the many attractions of the East Suffolk heritage coast, which includes Dunwich Heath, the renowned RSPB Bird Sanctuary at Minsmere, Blythburgh with its beautiful church and Walberswick with its tea shop/craft shops.

Accommodation

The bungalow has two bedrooms: one double, one double with optional single guest bed, a lounge/diner, kitchen and a bathroom with overhead shower.
The lounge has a TV with Freeview, a VHS Recorder/DVD Player and Stereo Radio/CD Player.
The main bedroom has a TV with Freeview and a VHS Recorder. Both bedrooms have a Radio/CD Player.
All towels and bed linen are supplied and the beds are made up ready for visitors.

Outside

To the front of the property there is a gated garden with a long driveway and ample off-street parking.
At the rear there is a sunny patio with garden furniture and a further large grassed garden and patio overlooking fields and Reydon Woods.
