With beautiful views and immediate access to the Preseli Hills this semi-detached farm cottage offers a real hideaway from it all. The property is centrally situated, with easy access to beaches and making it an ideal base from which to explore the many delights in both Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. - The Preseli hills offer excellent walking and the nearby village is both traditional and friendly, there are also numerous ancient standing stones in the area.
- Matt & Emma, the owners of the cottage live next door and have an organic market garden which provides fresh, wholesome vegetables year round.
- If you would like to bring your horse on holiday, we can offer a paddock with field shelter.
- The farm is situated within 40 acres of secluded countryside.
The Cottage: Enter into hallway and through to the kitchen which has wood floorboards, pine country style cupboards, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and an automatic washing machine. From the kitchen there are doors to the lovely dining conservatory which is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs and comfy seating. French doors lead from the conservatory onto the patio which has garden furniture and makes a lovely location for summer breakfasts. The sitting room has an open fire and is furnished with comfortable seating, colour TV, DVD, video, items of occasional furniture and a selection of books and games. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has an open fire, double bed, clothes hanging space and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The beds all have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival. A standard cot, highchair and stair gate are also available. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC, wash hand basin and linen cupboard. The patio area has table and bench seating and there are 4 steps leading to the garden area which is secluded and enclosed for dogs and children. Beyond this are a further 40 acres to roam in (subject to animals grazing). Facilities: - There is off road parking adjacent to the cottage.

- There is full oil fired central heating throughout the property and electricity and oil are included in the rental.
- An initial supply of logs/coal will be left for you, thereafter available locally.
