Uninterrupted views over the estuary
Dartmouth presents great charm and historic beauty with the harbour at the mouth of the River Dart. Magnificent views wherever you go either through the side streets or along the embankment and the wonderfully preserved buildings. Dartmouth Regatta in August is the pinnacle event of the year ending with magnificent Fire Work display, the Music Festival in May or the New Year Celebrations are not to be missed.
Character town house with magnificent views over the estuary to Kingswear, towards the castle and out to sea. Lovely position on the level within 100 yards to the nearest shops, restaurants inns and the waterfront, just across from the steps down to the historic Bayard's Cove. The accommodation is spacious comfortable and has been refurbished to retain much character and charm with all your home comforts in mind.
 
Fully centrally heated accommodation comprises:  Large open plan lounge/diner with lovely view over the estuary, feature cast iron fireplace, colour TV and DVD player and CD/radio/cassette player. Well-equipped kitchen with built in electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and combination microwave. Conservatory/breakfast room. Utility room with sink, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Tiled shower room with WC and washbasin. First floor master king-size double bedroom with colour TV and window seat looking over the estuary. Bedroom with single space saver bed, which can become a twin, with washbasin. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Top floor twin bedded room (twin beds can be linked together to make a 6ft double) with washbasin and TV/Video with glorious views over Bayard's Cove, Kingswear and out to the castle. The price includes gas, electricity, bed linen & towels. Outside: - There is a small courtyard.
- Parking outside the property between October and May is unlimited.
- Limited parking in high season but it is very convenient for loading and unloading at all times.
- A Parking Permit is provided at The Mayor's Avenue Car Park. This permit entitles you to park in other designated South Hams car parks.
