Ferncliffe Cottage has been renovated to an extremely high standard. It is located in Cordon, Lamlash at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with uninterrupted views of Holy Isle and a 30 second walk down to the beach. Ferncliffe is perfectly situated on the outskirts of Lamlash yet only 5 minutes walk to the local amenities. Lamlash is the second largest village on the island, three miles from Brodick and offers a beautiful beach, pubs, plenty of walking, golfing, sea fishing and spectacular views.

Ferncliffe sleeps 5 and consists of:  

• 1 double room, 1 twin room and a children's room (0-10 years).
• The large dining kitchen is fully fitted with all new appliances including dishwasher and microwave and has a separate utility room housing a washer and drier.
• There is a fully fitted bathroom downstairs with power shower and bath.
• The very large lounge / conservatory stretches the length of the detached cottage and overlooks Lamlash bay; perfect for evenings in the sun and for when it gets cooler there is a separate snug with settees and a TV.
• The cottage benefits from full central heating and constant hot water.
• All bed linen including quilts and plenty of towels will be provided.

Ferncliffe is perfect for families, in a quiet spot, with a garden for playing in and barbecuing, we also welcome dogs and have a no smoking policy.
