A true "get away from it all" hideaway. No.2 Fell Foot Bungalow has a large garden front and back with lovely trees and a small stream. Red squirrels and Roe deer are regular visitors. There is plenty of parking and access for the elderly and disabled. Although only 5 miles from Windermere town which has the best tourist facilities in the Lake District, Fell Foot is a delightfully quiet spot.

Accommodation

The property is all on one level, sleeps 5 to 6 people and has a traditional open log fire with a free supply of logs. The rooms also have storage heating.
There are 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), bathroom.
Large sitting room with flat screen TV, videos and DVD's, double bed settee, plus cot and highchair.
Well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, washing machine, dryer and microwave.
There is barbecue set for dining Al Fresco.
Coal, electricity and bed linen included in price.
Ample parking.
Easy access for wheelchair users.

Location

Reputedly the most beautiful lake in England, Lake Windermere is a 5 minute walk away, and directly across the road through the charming National Trust owned park which is perfect for picnics, boating, sailing and fishing etc.
The magnificent Swan Hotel is a mile away as is a well stocked shop.
Staveley-In-Cartmel is a picturesque hamlet. The views from the bungalow which is in the most tranquil setting are superb.
