Within three miles of the Ancient Town of Rye, and under two hours drive from South West London, this unique, cozy, late 18th century Grade II listed house with an abundance of exposed beams and character is situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
You will be able to discover not only the many local countryside walks in the rural village of Peasmarsh, but also the delights of many other areas of historic interest in nearby Rye, Hastings, Battle, Tenterden and Ashford. - Local beaches can be found at the famous Camber Sands (15 mins drive) and also at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve (10 mins drive).
