You will be able to discover not only the many local countryside walks in the rural village of Peasmarsh, but also the delights of many other areas of historic interest in nearby Rye, Hastings, Battle, Tenterden and Ashford.

Local beaches can be found at the famous Camber Sands (15 mins drive) and also at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve (10 mins drive).

This unique, very cozy, late 18th century Grade II listed house with an abundance of exposed beams and full of magical character is situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just 3 miles from Rye all of which is just waiting to be discovered and experienced by you on your holiday.
The property is gas centrally heated and the front door opens directly into a beamed sitting / Sitting room has a large working inglenook fireplace; surround sound TV, Free-view, stereo, DVD and video player.
Dining area consists of dining table and seating for 6 people plus a high chair.
Downstairs shower room with W.C.
Kitchen with duel fuel range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Belfast sink and range of units, utility room with butler sink, washing machine; tumble dryer and freezer.
Door to enclosed rear garden and Internal door leading to enclosed staircase.
Bedroom 1 - Dual aspect room with exposed beams, Double bed, built in wardrobe & chest of drawers.
