The change-over day is a Saturday.
Arrivals should be no earlier than 16.00 and the property must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure, although arrangements can be made to leave luggage if required.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 to be paid on confirmation of booking, with the balance to be paid 2 weeks before entry to the property.
Payment by cheque or cash only.
