 Endeavour House is a spacious well fitted out family house in a stunning location. The house has wonderful views across the marshes to Scolt Head. It stands in an acre of garden which extends down to the harbour and creeks which teem with bird life. An excellent area for birdwatching, painting, sailing, walking.

Brancaster has miles of lovely sandy beaches and the well known Royal West Norfolk Golf Club. In Brancaster Staithe tuition for sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing, boat trips to Scolt Head are available. You can hire boats and there are tennis courts in the village. There are good pubs locally - an excellent one next door to Endeavour House.
North Norfolk has a beautiful coastline, picturesque villages, delightful churches and wonderful stately homes.
Accommodation 5 bedrooms - 2 double, 2 twin (one downstairs with en suite shower and WC) and one 3 bedded room with cot (2' 6" beds). 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 4 WCs. Sitting room. Dining room. Sunroom. Kitchen. Utility room. Upstairs glazed in balcony overlooking the harbour. Outside Over an acre of garden, including: Enclosed courtyard leading from sitting room. Garden chairs and table. Covered area outside backdoor for muddy boots, wet dogs etc. Orchard. Brick built barbecue. Large flat grass area for dinghies, or kicking footballs etc. Off road car parking. Boat house and garage not available for tenants' use. Services Gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, frig/freezer. TV, open fire, telephone. Oil fired central heating.
