Quietly situated in Birnam Glen with pleasant outlook toward birch and oak woodland slopes of Birnam Hill, with Inchewan burn running nearby. Within this conservation area are a variety of marked paths and trails to choose from. Convenient to Birnam village shops and Post Office only 6 minutes walk away. Many local attractions for sporting activities, natural history interests, local history interests, exploring or simply relaxing.
Upstairs Three double bedrooms comprising 2 king size beds, 1 double bed with 1 single bed. Downstairs - Living room with coal effect gas fire stove set in large open fireplace, complete with overhead clothes drying pulley, easy chairs, window seat, TV and video.
