 Elrig House is a recently built contempory home set in beautiful Perthshire countryside. Situated in the hamlet of Old Struan 11 miles north of Pitlochry and 5 miles from Blair Atholl. Only 5 minutes from the A9 it is conveniently located for exploring the highlands to the north and south. The house is furnished to the highest standard and sits in its own large garden with beautiful views in all directions. The local pub is a 5 minute walk away and serves bar lunches and dinner daily. Pets are welcome by arrangement.
The house accommodates 6 as follows:
 Downstairs Open plan Kitchen /Dining Room/ Lounge. 2 Twin Bedrooms. Bathroom with shower. French doors leading to paved patio area with furniture. Upstairs - Large Double Bedroom.

Facilities - The house has Sky TV/ DVD player and CD player in lounge and also another TV for playing DVD's and Playstation 1 (games available).
 - The house is fully centrally heated and has off road parking for 4 cars.

Local services including small supermarket, post office, petrol, cash machine, hotel, restaurant and train station are available at Blair Atholl - a 5 minute drive away. Full services including large supermarket, theatre, hospital, vet, banks and much more are available at Pitlochry.
