"The Residence" is a charming self-contained ground floor studio apartment in the heart of Elie. The beach is a 2 minute walk away. This Victorian flat, with its own front door, has been lovingly restored to the very highest standard. It contains everything you will need for a very comfortable holiday.

The Property

There is underfloor heating throughout, which is cosy and welcoming.
The handmade kitchen is fully stocked with fridge, washer dryer, microwave, electric oven and 4-ring hob.
The sitting room/bedroom is spacious and bright with a pretty window seat, a fabulous log-burning stove and a very comfy double sofabed! It has a flat screen TV with digital freeview and a DVD/CD player.
The shower room is lovely and fresh, with a heated towel rail and complimentary dressing robes for use during your stay.
Bed linen and towels are also included.
A complimentary bottle of wine.
Log basket.

The Area

Elie is situated within the East Neuk of Fife and is 12 miles from St Andrews, the home of golf.
In contrast to the other East Neuk villages, Elie stands on a sweeping bay with beautiful golden sands.
Elie Harbour Beach is popular with watersports enthusiasts, holidaymakers and even cricketers, who play on the sands during the summer months.
The Fife Coastal Tourist Route runs through Elie, as does the Kingdom of Fife Millenium Cycleways network.
Elie has a 9-hole and an 18-hole golf course, a full range of watersports, tennis courts, bowling green, tearooms, restaurants and pubs.
There is also a deli, post office, bank, newsagents and gift shops.
The perfect place to explore or just relax and enjoy.
