STABLE COTTAGE is situated in a small coastal village in the picturesque East Neuk of Fife, only 14 miles from St.Andrews. The village borders a magnificent long sandy beach which forms part of the coastal path linking all the coastal villages. Elie has several good restaurants and pubs and the surrounding area has a huge variety of award winning restaurants all within easy distance.

There is a 9 and 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, putting green and watersports centre where dinghy sailing, windsurfing, canoeing etc is available for all ages.

Stable Cottage is situated in a unique position with private access to the golf course, yet only 200 yards from the beach.  

• It affords an exceptionally comfortable and well-equipped base for all types of holidays.
• The two twin bedrooms upstairs have a panoramic view of the golf course, whereas the double bedroom on the ground floor with its en-suite bathroom overlooks the garden.
• There is a further shower room on the ground floor, thus making the cottage ideal for anyone with limited mobility.
• The fully equipped kitchen has a gas woodburning stove and is a comfortable place to dine.
• The spacious sitting room again overlooks the golf course to the rear and windows to the front overlook the sheltered cobbled patio, and also afford a tantalising glimpse of the sea. TV and DVD in sitting room.
• There is also a small garage where golf clubs, bikes etc can be stored.
