A charming, traditional 19th century house situated in the quaint Berwickshire village of Coldingham with its gorgeous Blue Flag sandy bay. Restored to a very high standard with lots of period touches, the house is furnished with a delightful mix of vintage and contemporary pieces. Perfect for families or couples.

Explore the spectacular cliffs of nearby St. Abbs Head Nature Reserve, famous for its bird colonies, enjoy the coastal walks and cycle trails, or pack buckets and spades (or surfboards) and head for Coldingham's very own sandy bay where the kids can run wild!
The historic country houses of Paxton and Manderston are just a short drive away and well worth a visit, and a day in the capital is perfectly feasible as Edinburgh is only an hour by car.
If you fancy dipping your toes in Northumberland, Berwick-upon-Tweed, approximately 12 miles away, really is a revelation with its Elizabethan ramparts and warren of narrow, cobbled alleyways. Plus there is no shortage of castles either - craggy Lindisfarne on Holy Island and Alnwick Castle otherwise known as Hogwarts - are all easily accessible.
