Edmonston House is a chalet-style farmhouse with commanding views over the Eden and Tweed valleys to the Cheviot Hills in the south and over rolling farmland to Hume Castle perched on the horizon to the north.

Edmonston is surrounded by lawn and a colourful herbaceous border and summer house.
Tennis court, Table tennis, Large screen TV, Sky TV - full sport package included, WiFi, DVD, barbecue.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor:

The lounge has an open fire and reclining chairs and extends into a sun room with panoramic views over the beautiful Border countryside.
The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room, with a serving hatch.
Also downstairs is a twin room / second sitting room, wc and large shower, utility room, porch and spacious hall.

Upstairs:

There are 4 bedrooms - one king size bedroom - ensuite, one king size bedroom, a double room, and a twin room.
Bathroom and airing cupboard.

Cliftonhill Farm is an organic farm. There are seasonal vegetables including asparagus, potatoes, spinach, leeks, onions, tomatoes and herbs. Also strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants. Also free range eggs. There are also assorted plants which make lovely presents.

River walks.
Fishing and bird watching including barn owls, otter and king fishers.

Sunflower and wild flower meadow.

If you need extra bed spaces Plum Braes Barn is just a short walk away sleeping, 4, 4 and 2.
