Built in 1880 and situated at the eastern side of Edinburgh's renowned Georgian 'New Town' with its fine crescents and beautifully proportioned buildings, this is a very spacious four bedroom traditional second floor flat. If you are thinking of visiting Edinburgh you will probably already have an idea of all that is on offer in this beautiful city. Edinburgh Memories is conveniently located close to the city centre so that many attractions can be easily reached on foot. The Georgian splendour of Edinburgh's renowned New Town is at your doorstep and the flat is only ten minutes walk to Princes Street.

Accommodation
Probably what impresses most about the flat is its size. The main bedroom and the living room are 22'x15' each and there are high ceilings throughout. These kind of proportions are fairly typical of these spacious purpose built Georgian flats and contribute to the feel good factor that this flat provides. Floors are sanded and the decoration is simple and bright with white walls throughout. The living room has an incredible floor to ceiling sash window that lets in glorious sunlight. Room heating is by programmable gas central heating. Internet access available. There is plenty of room for a group of six or a family to find their own space in this flat to relax in after a day exploring the city.

The flats in this traditional building are all reached by a communal stair (with security entryphone) within the building. Edinburgh Memories is on the second floor.

Kitchen/dining room 18' x11'. The kitchen still has the original flagstone floor and is very spacious. The large south facing sash window lets in plenty of light. There is a gas cooker, microwave, toaster, washing machine, fridge/freezer and plenty of work space for food preparation.
Main Bedroom 22'x15'. Beautiful huge sunny room with magnificent south facing floor to ceiling sash window. Period fireplace and king size bed.
Second bedroom. Good sized bedroom 15''x14' with double bed.
Third bedroom. 15'x11' with double bed.
Fourth bedroom. Single bedroom 12'x9' at widest point and with single bed.
Living room 22'x15'. Huge comfortable room with two sash windows with open outlook looking north. Original working shutters and period fireplace.
Bath/shower room with W.C. 7'x7'. Mira instant shower over bath.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
