Edgeley is a very comfortable, well-equipped three-bedroom bungalow situated in a quiet, peaceful, residential area at the back of the main Cliff Road in Upper Borth. For quick access to the beach there is a private path from the back gate to the cliff top from where you can see the bay with the North Wales coast in the distance. - A short walk away is Aberwennol Bay, a small, rocky cove from where you can follow the cliff path to Clarach and further on, to Aberystwyth.
- It is a short walk into Borth village with its shops, pubs and cafes and its long, sandy main beach. At one end of the beach there are rock pools and at the other there are the sand dunes and nature reserve at Ynyslas. At low tide you can see the remains of the renowned sunken forest.

Edgeley has its own secluded, walled back garden and lawn with a paved patio area and brick-built barbecue. A picnic table and deck chairs are also provided. The bungalow is double glazed and centrally heated. It is tastefully furnished throughout and provides the following accommodation: A double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with full size bunk beds. All bedding is provided. A fully fitted kitchen with larder fridge, washing machine, upright freezer, dual fuel range cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. A large, airy lounge with a colour LCD TV, DVD player and CD player. There is a ceiling fan for those hot days and on chilly evenings you can turn on the central heating. A separate dining room with seating for 6 adults. The bathroom/WC has a full size free-standing bath and a large separate shower.
