 Eaton Farm Cottage is a traditional cottage complete with oil-fired Aga and an open fire (initial basket of logs provided) or electric fire. The cottage overlooks a pretty garden with ample car parking at the side.
The cottage wing of a 17th century Grade II Listed farmhouse, it is situated in delightful countryside with the River Lugg running close by through the farm. There are refreshing river walks and private fishing is available by arrangement.
Accommodation Eaton Farm Cottage sleeps four non-smokers (+travel cot). Fully equipped with colour TV and video, together with full kitchen facilities including electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. Drying facilities are provided. Ground Floor Sitting/dining room. Kitchen with walk-in pantry. Bathroom with power shower and bath. Separate WC. First Floor Double bedroom. Twin bedroom. Included in the rental charge: Electricity. Night storage heating. Hot water. Linen - duvets and towels provided. Free bottle of cider and fresh flowers on arrival.

Double bedroom with vaulted ceiling. Twin bedroom with view of priest hole. Bath/shower room. Garden Large garden with gas BBQ available. Ample parking for several cars. Facilities Electricity, oil fired central heating, hot water, linen and towels are all included in our prices. Drying facilities and a cot are available, as is a telephone in emergencies. There are two comfy sofabeds (single and double) which means max capacity is 9 guests.

20% deposit with booking please - the remainder one week in advance of holiday, or on arrival for a late booking. All bank holidays, Easter, New Year, Christmas charged at high season rate.
The adjacent village of Stoke Prior has a local public house, and a wide variety of restaurants and hotels may be found in Leominster, for lunch and evening dining, within walking distance to work up your appetite, or five minutes by car. |
