A traditional stone built former Highland croft in the Cairngorms National Park, Easter Inveruglas has spectacular views over the Monadliath mountains, River Spey and the RSPB Insh Marshes Reserve to the front; to the rear, uninterrupted forest and moorland  leading to Glenfeshie and the Cairngorms.

Inveruglas comprises a scattered hamlet of properties, approached by a private road leading from the scenic B970 between Insh and Kingussie and is ideally located for birdwatching walking and cycling. An old drove road passes through, giving foot access to a selection of paths and forestry roads.
