It stands on its own, hidden away at the end of a short private drive in its own large grass garden (furniture, summer house) enjoying a truly spectacular south-facing view from its situation high in the hills above the beautiful, relatively unknown Roberton Valley and Borthwick Water.

Just 5 miles from the Carlisle/Edinburgh scenic A7 road, it has easy access to all the small Border towns as well as Edinburgh and Glasgow, and provides an extremely comfortable, tastefully furnished, bright and airy spacious house in which to relax, or from which to explore the many hundreds of square miles of peaceful countryside roundabout.
