 The award-winning East Briscoe Farm Cottages are set in a beautiful, peaceful, south-facing position on a 14 acre wooded riverside estate. Winner of Northumbria Self-catering of the Year and a County Durham Environment Award. Set in beautiful countryside. - East Briscoe offers a wealth of interest for naturalists, cyclists and walkers.
- Guests can enjoy nature walks around the estate, fishing on the estate and in nearby reservoirs, free-range eggs from the resident hens and seasonal food from the vegetable garden.

The six cottages are decorated in a comfortable style to a high standard and are very well equipped (dishwashers in Barn, Low Barn and West). Details are: Studio Cottage: One double bedroom plus a double sofabed in living room. On one floor with two steps. Pets allowed. Barn Cottage: One double and one twin bedroom. Room for extra bed in double room. Pets allowed. Dishwasher. Low Barn Cottage: One double and one twin bedroom. Room for additional bed in twin room. Accessible for wheelchair users. Pets allowed. Dishwasher. West Cottage: One double and one twin bedroom. Room for two additional beds. Dishwasher. No pets. Farm and Middle Cottages: One double bedroom. Room for additional bed. Open fire.
