The award-winning East Briscoe Farm Cottages are set in a beautiful, peaceful, south-facing position on a 14 acre wooded riverside estate.

East Briscoe offers a wealth of interest for naturalists, cyclists and walkers.
Guests can enjoy nature walks and fishing on the estate and in nearby reservoirs, free-range eggs from the resident hens and seasonal food from the vegetable garden.
There is a children's play area with play system and trampoline. Cots and highchairs are provided free of charge.
Pets welcome in Studio, Barn and Low Barn Cottages.

Accommodation
The five cottages are decorated in a comfortable style to a high standard and are very well equipped (dishwashers in Barn, Low Barn and West). Details are:

Studio Cottage: One double bedroom plus a double sofabed in living room. On one floor with two steps. Pets welcome.
Barn Cottage: One double and one twin bedroom. Room for extra bed in double room. Pets welcome. Dishwasher.
Low Barn Cottage: One double and one twin bedroom. Accessible for wheelchair users. Pets welcome. Dishwasher.
West Cottage: One double and one twin bedroom. Room for two additional beds. Dishwasher. No pets.
Farm Cottage: One double bedroom. Room for additional bed. Open fire. No pets.
